Qahr al-Dhulal — "Vanquisher of Shadows" — is a solar power and energy-storage company serving homes, businesses, and farms across Iraq and the Kurdistan Region. We exist for a simple reason: the grid is unreliable, the generator is expensive and dirty, and the sun is free for the taking.
We are a turnkey EPC contractor. That means we own every stage of a project — the survey that measures your need, the engineering that sizes the system, the procurement of tier-one equipment, the construction and wiring on your roof, and the maintenance that keeps it producing. One team, one contract, one point of accountability from the first phone call to the twenty-fifth year.
Iraq has some of the highest solar potential in the world — long, bright days and a punishing summer sun. We turn that liability into an asset, converting rooftops and idle land into power plants that quietly pay for themselves and then keep paying. Every system we install is sized to a real consumption profile and documented with an expected yield, so the savings we promise are the savings you see.
Our mission is to free our clients from the outage and the generator. We choose equipment for its warranty and its lifetime, not its sticker price; we install to code; and we stay on after handover, because a solar system is a twenty-five-year relationship, not a one-day sale.
